First Sound Bank
First Sound Bank is a new bank in the Seattle area who is dedicated to customer service. Wanting to improve its internal business process as it grew out of infancy, First Sound Bank brought in highdive to help them identify and document their processes; the steps that their relationship managers took to set up accounts and services. As new staff were hired, they could feel confident that following the documented steps would ensure that customers would not fall through the cracks. It will also be used as the basis for a business process automation project; one that would launch an approval process and tickler system. Skilled in business process automation, and business system integration, highdive was the right choice to help them build this foundation that is “right-sized” for their growing organization.
